Spring Festival and Silent Auction! Spring Festival and Silent Auction! Only 2 days until the Spring Festival and the Silent Auction which is online this year and you can view the items conveniently from your couch! https://www.32auctions.com/HuntValleySilentAuction
Spring Festival tickets can be purchased on Givebacks. Don’t forget to check out the online silent auction and bid on some amazing gift baskets and experiences graciously offered by the teachers and staff. Lastly, thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer and to make this event a great success!
VERY IMPORTANT: We will have our last PTA meeting of the year next Tuesday, May 13 from 7PM - 8PM. This is a very important meeting because we will be announcing the candidates for the next PTA Board, and the candidates will present their speech. Then, after the meeting, the candidates’ names will be placed on a ballot which is sent only to paid PTA members for voting. We are still in need of a Treasurer. If the Treasurer position is left vacant, Hunt Valley will lose its “active” status and HV can no longer have a PTA. Please help save the PTA from going away along with all the programs and events we organize. SPRING FESTIVAL, This Friday May 9, 2025!
Spring Festival is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for a fun-filled day of games, food, music, and community celebration. This annual event is a wonderful opportunity for families to come together, enjoy the season and raise funds for our kids.

As part of the festivities, we will also be hosting a Silent Auction featuring amazing items generously donated by local businesses and our school community. All proceeds will go directly toward supporting school programs and student activities.

Hi Hunt Valley families! This year we have partnered with Sprout to provide the school supply kits for the upcoming school year. We did some research and cost comparisons and found Sprout provided overall cost savings for the families. President: Collaborate with the board to set PTA goals aligned with school needs, lead meetings, oversee the board & committees, partner with the school admin, teachers, and staff, work with the Treasurer to manage funds transparently, and support committee event planning and program management

Treasurer: Managing the PTA's finances, including collecting and depositing income, maintaining accurate financial records, creating and monitoring the budget, paying bills, preparing financial reports, and ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed.

Secretary: Organizes meetings, takes minutes, keeps records, manages social media posts, attends and supports PTA-sponsored events, creates meeting and marketing paraphernalia, and performs other delegated duties as assigned. The chair positions must be filled if we are to continue to hold the same great events next year. Please reach out if you're able to help support your PTA. If you were the chair this year and would like to continue next year, please let us know so we can mark that position as filled. We do not want to assume that you will continue next year :).
