ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA Ballston Quarter Community Development Authority NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BALLSTON QUARTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY will meet on May 13, 2025 at 2100 Clarendon Blvd. Suite #307 at 1:30 PM (during the Recessed County Board Meeting) or as soon thereafter as matters may be heard, to elect its officers, receive a development update, review annual audit reports and financial statements, accept the Annual Revenue Requirement Memo for FY 2026, , and Special Assessment Roll (included in the “Report on the Collection of the Annual Payment and Update of the Special Assessment Roll”) and other related matters. This meeting is open to the public in person and by live stream at www.arlingtonva.us or cable stations Comcast Xfinity channels 25 and 1073 and Verizon FIOS channels 39 and 40.
