New Athletic/Activity Registration Link

We’re excited for the upcoming Fall sports season! Please note that we have a new registration system in place.  

Families that have registered in prior years for athletics and activities and new families all received an invitation from the Activities Office and Arbiter. This is a formal invitation to register your high school age student. More information and links are below:

South Lakes High School Athletics & Activity Registration

RETURNING ATHLETES: ALL Families will need to create a NEW ACCOUNT

NEW ATHLETES: Please create an account and register for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Please Note: Each family must create ONE new account—you can register multiple children under this single account. Previous log-ins will no longer work, so you must create a new account for this year. Once your new account is set up, log in and complete your student’s registration for the 2025–2026 school year.

VHSL Physical Form (NEW)

Athletes planning on trying out and participating for a sport for the 2025-2026 School year MUST have the following completed/submitted prior to participating in any team activities starting July 1, 2025.

VHSL Sports Physical FORM completed and submitted to the Activities Office at least 48 hours prior to first participation. **Please note updated form**

• Hard copy of the form can be submitted to the Activities Office or a digital copy (PDF format ONLY) can be emailed to raslaight@fcps.edu
• Please note all required signatures and information needed on all pages.
• All Athletic Physicals are now valid for 14 months from the date the medical provider signs the form.
• Please include all insurance information and emergency permission information/signatures.  Student Insurance coverage can be purchased through K & K Insurance. Reach out directly to the Activities Office staff if you have any insurance questions.

• DO NOT hand physical forms to your coach.

Transfer Students

ALL TRANSFER STUDENTS by default are INELIGIBLE. More information can be found on HERE

The NEW Guardian Application Process must be started before the transfer students is considered a "bona fide" student. 

NO TRANSFER IS ELIGIBLE UNTIL THERE IS NOTICE FROM THE GUARDIAN SYSTEM THAT INCLUDES A VHSL CITATION AND POST SEASON ELIGIBILITY.
