Office of the Spokesperson Worldwide CautionOn June 22, 2025, the Department of State issued a Worldwide Caution Security Alert advising U.S. citizens overseas to exercise increased caution. The full text of the updated Worldwide Caution Security Alert is as follows: Event: The conflict between Israel and Iran has resulted in disruptions to travel and periodic closure of airspace across the Middle East.
