New Athletic/Activity Registration Link
We’re excited for the upcoming Fall sports season! Please note that we have a new registration system in place.
Families that have registered in prior years for athletics and activities and new families all received an invitation from the Activities Office and Arbiter. This is a formal invitation to register your high school age student. More information and links are below:

South Lakes High School Athletics & Activity Registration
RETURNING ATHLETES: ALL Families will need to create a NEW ACCOUNT
NEW ATHLETES: Please create an account and register for the 2025-2026 school year.
Please Note: Each family must create ONE new account—you can register multiple children under this single account. Previous log-ins will no longer work, so you must create a new account for this year. Once your new account is set up, log in and complete your student’s registration for the 2025–2026 school year.
2025-2026 Athletic Participation Requirements (UPDATED)
Athletes planning on trying out and participating for a sport for the 2025-2026 School year MUST have the following completed/submitted prior to participating in any team activities starting July 1, 2025.

VHSL Sports Physical FORM completed and submitted to the Activities Office at least 48 hours prior to first participation. **Please note updated form**
- Hard copy of the form can be submitted to the Activities Office or a digital copy (PDF format ONLY) can be emailed to raslaight@fcps.edu
- Please note all required signatures and information needed on all pages.
- Please include all insurance information and emergency permission information/signatures. Student Insurance coverage can be purchased through K & K Insurance. Reach out directly to the Activities Office staff if you have any insurance questions.

Online Activity Registration(Updated Link Coming Soon) must be completed each school year for each student-athlete.
**Registration for the 2025-2026 school year should be completed after June 23,
- A parent/guardian should complete the online registration process for their student each school year. DO NOT update previous registrations.
- Give the Activities Office staff a call if you are having trouble with the registration process.
Important Updates
Important Updates: VHSL Physical Form & Athletic Registration
Please note the following significant changes related to athletic participation requirements for FCPS student-athletes due to recent legislation:
- New Validity Period for Athletic Physicals (Effective July 1, 2025):
- Athletic physicals will be valid for 14 months from the date the medical provider signs the form.
- This date is located on page 3 of the VHSL Athletic Participation/Parent Consent/Physical Examination Form (revised January 2021).
- New VHSL Physical Form Requirement (Effective May 1, 2025):
- FCPS student-athletes are expected to have athletic physicals completed on the new VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Evaluation Form (revised April 2025).

- Athletic Registration will be moving to a new platform.
- This new platform will be available soon. More information regarding the new process will be shared when available.
