• Fixed potential vertical datum shift error when utilizing Soundings in State-Plane transformation
• Resolved differing NAVD88 to MLLW conversion results depending on NAD83 realization when both GEOID options are set as GEOID18
• Restricted processing of points in ascii files to only Puerto Rico/ U.S. Virgin Islands regional model when region is specified
