I never take an Everything Shower on a weekday.
Why? Because the Everything Shower is sacred. It is not to be mixed with the stress of Monday, Tuesday or any other day when I’m expected to interact with the outside world. It’s a time dedicated to taking caring of myself in all the ways I see fit. It’s meditative, magical and the furthest thing from exhausting—as long as you have the right perspective. |
