Abundance can present itself in so many forms. To me,
abundance feels like plenty, copious, more than enough, and something I
deeply, joyfully savor.
Food is one of those forms.
If you've been following Oprah's videos from her Australia tour, you'll
know she stopped at Bill's in Sydney - twice - to enjoy their famous
ricotta pancakes (on Hugh Jackman's recommendation, of course).
I've eaten those pancakes. And honestly? I still dream about them.
So when I casually mentioned this to Bert, he immediately stepped into
his role as Chief Fun Officer and bought all the ingredients so we could
recreate them at home. And let me tell you, they turned out fabulously, as
you can see in the photo.
Here's the thing: abundance is a mindset. I could have lamented
that I wished I were in Sydney, eating Bill's pancakes again. But instead, we made it fun. We created our own abundance moment right
here in our kitchen.
And speaking of abundance… my other
favorite form, besides money, is friendship.
The older I get,
the more I treasure the moments I spend with the people I love. And the
more I realize that true freedom isn't just about having time, it's about
having the resources to use that time the way you want.
Which brings me to something I felt called to share with you today.
If you're craving more spaciousness, more ease, and more of that
“full cup” feeling in your daily life, then nurturing your
relationship with abundance is essential. And one of the simplest ways to
begin shifting into that energy is through a consistent, guided
practice.
My good friend Mary Morrissey created a beautiful
10-minute meditation that helps you gently open to greater prosperity and
possibility - not by pushing, but by aligning. It's a peaceful daily reset
that supports you in attracting more of the experiences, opportunities, and
freedom you desire.
If you feel ready to invite more abundance
into your life, you can access the meditation

~ In this week's
blog: Have you ever felt a sudden wave of anxiety or sadness
around a certain time of year, without really knowing why? Did you know
this could be due to a Trauma Anniversary? A trauma anniversary is when the
date or time period of a past traumatic event comes back around, and your
mind and body remember - sometimes even if you don't.
This can
bring back feelings and reactions like the ones you had during the original
trauma.

Say this affirmation each
morning as you're making breakfast or sipping your coffee. Let it remind
you that abundance isn't something you chase; it's something you generate
through your mindset, your choices, and the joy you bring into ordinary
moments.
“I create abundance wherever I am, with
whatever I have, and it always expands from there.”
Repeat it whenever you catch yourself thinking you “need”
something outside yourself to feel abundant. This resets your energy back
to creativity, gratitude, and possibility, where abundance naturally grows.
To creating abundance in every delicious moment, Nat ~
