I am writing to inform you that my name is Mr Scheinder Frank, and that I specialize in project financing and asset management. As an independent entrepreneur, I work with a large community of private investors. Currently, I have investors who can invest from 100,000 euros up to 500 million euros in any highly profitable project, but we want to work with very serious and credible partners, so if you have very interesting projects in which we can invest the money and get an annual return of 3% per year, we can work with you immediately over a defined period.

If you have a project in which you can invest, you will receive a 30% commission to prepare your project and you will invest the remaining 70% in the project. If you invest this 70% in your project, you pay an annual return of 3% per year for the duration of the partnership.
