I want to show you what realistic fat loss (for people with a life) looks like. 


Last fall, Sarah was up to 159 lbs.


She's 46, a full-time teacher, and a mom of two. 


The last time she'd seen the 120s on the scale, she was 20 years old.


Eight months later she's down to 128.

What she actually did was simple:


1. She lifted weights. 


Three full-body sessions a week, done before school. She almost never missed one.

3. She followed through.

And the results went way past the scale. Her kids started working out too. People at work started noticing. 


She and her husband booked an anniversary beach trip and she's rocking abs in her swimsuit. 


That's the whole "secret" to doing this while you're busy - a system.
