Most online coaches aren't coaching.
You get PDF workout plan. A meal plan. A welcome video if you're lucky.
Then you're on your own.
Even though the PDF has your name on it - it's the same one the guy before you got. And the guy after you. one file, copied a thousand times, with your name in the {FIRSTNAME} category auto-generated at the top so it feels personal.

I've paid out of my own pocket for these coaches before.
The plan isn't "wrong" - the principles are generally fine.
Lift, eat your protein, run a deficit, hit your steps. That part's basically standard.
But a pdf can't see your life.
A pdf doesn't know you've got a work trip Thursday. It doesn't know your kid has a tournament Saturday and you'll be eating out of a concession stand. It doesn't know you sleep four hours when a deal's closing.
The principles are universal. Your life isn't. And the entire job of a coach is closing that gap, every single week.
One of my guys messaged me yesterday.
"Headed out of town for father's day, long road trip, I know the gas station lunch and drive-thrus gonna wreck me"
old way: the pdf says eat chicken and rice. cool. there's no chicken and rice on the i-5.
what i told him: grab a few core power protein shakes for the car and some fruit.
That's it. That's the whole difference. Not a better PDF.
McDonald's was the default. One voice note turned it into a day that moved him forward instead of three steps back.
That's what you're paying for. not the file. A PERSON on the other end who adjusts it to your real life, in real time, before the wheels come off.
General principles are everywhere - you can google those tonight for free.
Specific application, to your week, your life, your schedule - that's coaching.
You can't download that.

p.s. whenever you're ready, here are 3 ways I can actually help:
- Watch the full 60-Day Fat Loss Plan on my YouTube for a kickstart to get going.
- Recently hit an all-time high on the scale or stalled on a plateau? This breakdown is some real talk on what to do next.
- Grab a Lean Body Roadmap Session with me to map out the 1-3 things you need for your best-ever body.
