I think the schedule for next weekend works well overall but we may want to shift the start time a little earlier because the forecast shows rain moving in by mid afternoon. If we begin around 8 instead of 10 we can get most of the setup done before the weather arrives. I checked with the equipment rental place and they confirmed everything is ready for pickup on Friday afternoon so I can stop by after work and grab it. Let me know if you would like me to coordinate directly with the crew about the adjusted timing or if you prefer to handle that. I can also bring extra lighting and a few backup supplies just in case we need them. Having everything organized ahead of time should help the whole day run more smoothly and keep us from feeling rushed.
