Mexican architect Palacios, who founded architecture practice Pérez Palacios Arquitectos Asociados, will judge this year's architecture entries. Palacios' work ranges from residential spaces to cultural and artistic interventions that enrich human experience and connect with their natural environments. Recent examples include a rammed-earth coastal guesthouse for Danish homeware brand Vipp.
