Hey Iza,
I've always believed that one
of the most powerful things you can do for your life is to change things
up.
Not in a dramatic, burn-your-life-down kind of way.
But in small, intentional ways that gently interrupt the patterns you've
been living in for years.
Let me explain.
Back when I
worked with Dr. Joe Dispenza, he used to say that most
people aren't actually living in the present.
They're reliving
the same day over and over again.
Same breakfast. Same
drive. Same conversations. Same thoughts.
Different
day, same energy.
And when you're operating from the same
thoughts and emotions, you're essentially recreating your past on
repeat.
Which means your future ends up looking a lot like your
past.
Now here's the shift.
If you want a new future,
you have to start thinking, feeling, and behaving in unfamiliar ways.
You have to interrupt the pattern.
~ Take a different
route. ~ Say yes when you'd normally say no. ~ Try something
new. ~ Let yourself be a little uncomfortable.
Because in
that space, something magical happens.
You open the door to
possibility.
At Mind Movies, everything we
teach is about rewiring those subconscious patterns so you're not stuck in
the past, but actively creating what's next
And here's something
I've personally experienced over and over again.
When you don't
just tolerate change, but you start to expect something wonderful to show
up, that's when life really starts to respond.
I like to play
this little game with the Universe.
I'll say,
“Alright, surprise me.”
And I genuinely
expect something delightful, unexpected, or even a little magical to show
up.
Now, does that mean everything that shows up is perfect? Of course not.
But even when something doesn't go to plan,
I've trained myself to pause and think:
“That's
interesting. I wonder what good thing is on the other side of
this.”
“Go on, surprise me.”
And that simple shift does two very powerful things:
~ It keeps me out of resistance. ~ It keeps me open to possibility.
Over time, you start to build a relationship with life
in which you actually enjoy the unknown rather than fear it.
And that's when everything changes.
Because you're no
longer trying to control every outcome.
You're allowing
something even better to come through.
So here's my little
invitation for you today: Change one small thing, and
then expect magic.
To your
beautifully surprising life, Nat ~ Mind Movies
P.S. Speaking of trying something new, have you ever
tried hypnosis? If not, this is such a simple and powerful way to start
rewiring your subconscious without effort.
