Last Tuesday, which feels like a world ago, I emailed Marc Elias to ask if he would join me for a Substack Live this week, to discuss the latest in election law/gerrymandering/voting rights. He immediately agreed, and we landed on tomorrow, Tuesday, at 12 pm ET. Then, Callais happened the following morning. I’ve never been so happy to have a conversation in the works!
In June of 2024, I joined Marc on his podcast to discuss the Trump criminal prosecutions. The writing was already on the wall with delays in the courts, but something I appreciate about Marc is that we’re always able to laugh together.
