SSPA 2023-III-11UP: On July 25, 2023, the Board of Supervisors re-tiered the Reston TSA Study as a Tier 1 Priority, including the Samuel Morse Plan amendment located on 1810, 1825 & 1850 Samuel Morse Drive (Tax Map Parcels 18-3 ((6)) 7A, 7B and 7C). The site is located in the Wiehle Reston TSA, within the Hunter Mill Supervisor District. The adopted Comprehensive Plan recommends office, industrial, institutional and mixed-use at an intensity between 0.5 to 1.0 floor area ratio (FAR). This Plan amendment proposes to add an option for residential use at an intensity up to 1.4 FAR.
