New By the People discussion forum! 

We are thrilled to launch a new space for volunteers to interact directly with each other and the BTP team!

You can get to the forum by clicking “Discuss” in the top navigation of any By the People webpage or directly at https://forum.crowd.loc.gov/

You can read all of the conversations in the forum without an account. To post or respond, you’ll need to create an account. Start with our "Using the By the People discussion forum" post to get the basics of how to use the forum.

Why join? The discussion forum is OURS. We have some ideas about how it will be useful to us as a community, but you can post about anything By the People. Some ideas to get you started:

• Introduce yourself to the community 
• Ask questions that others might also have
• Collaborate with other volunteers
• Highlight pages that need special skills to complete, like non-English languages
• Share the cool things you find
