Hi, We've updated our Terms and Conditions to reflect how Shapr3D is evolving. Here's what's changed: Clarification on Educational License usage – We've updated our terms to clarify that the Shapr3D Educational version must be used solely for educational purposes. Sanctions terms – We've added clear guidelines to ensure the Application is used in full compliance with global sanctions laws and trade restrictions. Refund policy updates – Consumer Customers can cancel within 14 days of their subscription start date to receive a refund for the unused portion of their charges. Please note that consumers are eligible for a single refund only, and refunds will not be issued to anyone in breach of the Terms. Prerelease Usage – We've added specific terms for Shapr3D Beta and Shapr3D Gamma (Prerelease versions) for those invited to test new features. These changes take effect on May 20, 2026. By continuing to use Shapr3D after this date, you're agreeing to the updated terms. If you'd prefer not to accept these changes, you can delete your account before May 20, 2026.
