Ace Hardware Membership Notice
I was meaning to get back to you about the weekend plan, and yes, I am still up for it.
I think keeping it simple will make everything easier, especially since the weather keeps changing and nobody seems certain about timing.
I can bring snacks and something warm to drink, and I do not mind arriving a little earlier if that helps set things up.
I would rather avoid making it too packed because the last time we tried to do five things in one day we ended up rushed and tired.
If everyone agrees, an afternoon start feels more realistic, and we could leave room to adjust once we see how the day unfolds.
I also remembered the extra blanket and folding chairs are already in the trunk, so that part is covered.
Just let me know the final time when you have it, and I will plan around that without any trouble at all.

I checked the notes from earlier and realized the easiest option is probably the one we almost skipped.
If we keep the timing flexible, it gives everyone a chance to settle in first instead of treating the whole day like a checklist.
I am fine either way, but I really think a slower start will make it feel better for everyone involved.
The thing I wanted to mention is that I can handle the cleanup part afterward, so no one has to worry about staying late just to put things back together.
I also found the playlist we were talking about, and it is better than I remembered, so that part can be crossed off the list already.
Send me a quick note once you hear from the others because I do not want to assume anything and show up at the wrong time again.
I am easy about the details, and I am mostly looking forward to a calm afternoon with good company.
