Graduation Status in ParentVUE/StudentVUE

A new Graduation Status section is now available in ParentVUE and StudentVUE. The Graduation Status is a tool that helps parents and students monitor and track their progress in meeting graduation requirements. This feature includes progress towards the Standard or Advanced Studies diploma for high school students and middle school students who have enrolled in one or more high school courses. This new graduation status section is available in addition to the course history and unofficial transcript options in ParentVUE and StudentVUE. To view the graduation status section, please take the following steps:

  1. Login to your SIS ParentVUE Account
  2. Go to “Course History” for your middle or high school student
  3. Go to “Graduation Status” and toggle “on”

Class of 2026: FCPS Senior Survey

For seniors, a FCPS Senior Survey occurs every year. The data collected is used to build scattergrams in Naviance as well as documenting the student's post-secondary plans, final college decisions, FAFSA completion, and scholarship awarded amounts. If students are attending a 2-year/4-year college/university, then students must indicate where their final transcript should be sent. If the student fails to compete the senior survey and is attending a 2-year/4-year college/university, then the school does not know where to send the final transcript.

Students access Naviance Student through Schoology --> the Waffle menu in top right --> Naviance Student --> Scroll down the webpage to find Naviance Student Login. Information on how to complete the Senior Survey, please click here.

Class of 2026: Official Transcript Request Form

All seniors must have the Consent to Share Transcript to Colleges on file in order for the school to send the official transcript to 2-year/4-year colleges, military academies, military branches, scholarship organizations, and others. If this consent is not on file, we will not be able to release the official transcript to these organizations.

Part One: Please return completed forms to Ms. Bond in Student Services. If you've already signed the form, no need to sign again.

Part Two: Students must submit an Official Transcript Request for EACH college/university and indicate whether we need to upload the transcript to a college portal, Common Application, Coalition Application, or email/mail directly to the College Admissions Office.

Class of 2026: End of Year Information

Prior to winter break, end-of-year information was sent to all senior families. This information can also be found on our website here.
