Job hunting for a few months now, and my 1st exposure to the 'virtual interview'. Makes sense from a business view to utilize AI anonymity (virtual recruiter with names) to probe and glean standardized info from applicants to save time, money and legal compliance. I've had one by phone and two text (chat). Does anyone have tips/hints/suggestions on the length of responses to situational questions? All 3 of mine have resulted in fairly quick rejections post-interview. It leaves me wondering if my answers - while clear and comprehensive - were too verbose, dug too deep, or not deep enough. Text usually has a character limit, but most everyone knows to keep texts succinct & to-the-point. Content matters, of course! I wish for courtesy sake, they'd agree to provide feedback to applicants that participate in their process. I've asked, and received crickets.
