Otherwise, we’re looking at a good news, bad news kind of week. The good: I came across a wealth of affordableish one-to-three-bedroom, flawless pre-war apartments in Brooklyn. The bad: all of them are in or around Bay Ridge. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot to love about Bay Ridge, but an hour-plus commute into the city isn’t on that list.
