Reminder: Extended Service Terms took effect 4th May, 2026
Microsoft updated the rollout timelines for Extended Service Terms (EST) in CSP. Effective 4th May, 2026, subscriptions with auto-renew set to 'false' automatically transition to EST. OpenText is preparing measures to mitigate unintended renewals under this change.
