I finally got around to watching that documentary series you recommended. The cinematography was incredible, especially the episodes filmed in the Arctic. I couldn't believe how much effort went into capturing those aerial shots. The narrator's voice was so calming, too. It made the whole experience really immersive. Let me know if you have any other suggestions, I'm totally hooked on nature docs now. Have you seen the one about the coral reefs? I heard it's just as visually stunning. Also, did you finish that novel you were reading last month? I was thinking of picking it up if you liked it. I heard the sequel is even better, though I usually prefer standalone novels myself. Oh, I totally forgot to tell you about the workshop I went to last weekend. It was all about indoor gardening, specifically propagating succulents and creating those little terrarium arrangements. I've never really had a green thumb, but the instructor made it seem so easy. We learned about soil mixtures, proper lighting, and how not to overwater them, which is apparently my biggest issue. I managed to put together a small glass jar terrarium with a few different plants. It's sitting on my desk now and it actually looks pretty good! I think I might try a larger one next. You should come with me next time, I think you would really enjoy it. They also had some amazing workshops on bonsai trees, which looked incredible but way more complex. I also picked up some new pots and soil for my existing plants at home, so overall it was a productive weekend. Let me know if you are free next Saturday.
