Yeah I think the best time to visit the farmer's market would be Saturday morning around 9am when they first open. That way you avoid the crowds and get the freshest produce. I went last weekend and the strawberries were incredible. They also had fresh baked bread from that new bakery downtown. You should definitely bring cash since some vendors don't take cards. Also parking can be tricky so maybe park at the lot on Elm Street and walk over. I also noticed they have a vendor selling honey and maple syrup which looked really good. If you want to make a day of it there's a nice park nearby where you can sit and have lunch. Let me know what day works for you and I can meet you there. We could also stop by the cheese shop that just opened on Main Street if you have time.

Another thing I wanted to mention is that they sometimes have live music in the square around 11am so that could be fun. Let me know if you prefer a later time instead. I'm flexible either way.

I think we should go with the Mediterranean theme for the dinner party next month. I have been testing out a few recipes and the roasted eggplant dip with pita bread was a hit with my family. The lemon herb chicken is also pretty straightforward to make in large batches. For dessert I was thinking about making baklava but that might be too time consuming so maybe a simple yogurt cake with honey and pistachios instead. I can also bring some olives and cheese for appetizers. Let me know if you want me to handle the main course or if you prefer to assign dishes differently. We should also think about seating arrangements and whether we want to do a buffet style or plated dinner. I have a foldable table we can borrow if we need extra space. The total number of guests would be around 10 to 12 based on the RSVPs so far. I can send out a reminder next week to anyone who has not replied yet.

Also I wanted to ask if anyone has dietary restrictions I should know about. I recall Sarah mentioned she was avoiding dairy but I am not sure if that is still the case. Let me know and I can adjust the menu accordingly. I am happy to coordinate the grocery list with you.
