 Due to flooding at the G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, only select specialty clinics are closed for the remainder of today (Thursday, May 21, 2026) to ensure the safety of Veterans, visitors, and staff. All other clinics, including primary care and all other specialty clinic appointments, are continuing as scheduled at this time.
Appointments scheduled in the following clinics are affected:
- Women’s Health – Pink Clinic
- Cardiology Clinic
- Dermatology Clinic
- Renal Clinic
- Spinal Cord Clinic
- Gastroenterology Clinic
Veterans with appointments scheduled at these clinics today will be contacted directly by staff to transition their appointments to virtual modalities when appropriate or to reschedule for the next available appointment time.
Veterans with appointments outside of the clinics listed above should continue reporting for care as planned unless otherwise contacted directly by VA staff.
