Description: This presentation will provide guidance on reaching out to consumers, define and describe the importance of assister outreach and education that benefits consumers. We will also provide suggestions for assisters to create more effective outreach events to better connect with consumers and their communities.

 

Assister’s Do’s and Don’ts

 Description: This presentation will provide an overview of the requirements, responsibilities, and rules of conduct for Assisters in the Federally facilitated Marketplace. It will also highlight best practices for working with consumers, supported by illustrative scenarios.
