I think the key to that pasta dish is really letting the garlic infuse in the oil before adding anything else. You want to heat it on medium-low for about two minutes until it gets fragrant but not browned at all. Then add the red pepper flakes and let them bloom for about thirty seconds. The cherry tomatoes should go in next and you want to let them cook down until they start to soften and release their juices. That usually takes about five to seven minutes depending on how ripe they are. Once you add the basil you want to toss everything together and let it sit off the heat for a minute before serving. The pasta should be cooked al dente and you should reserve about a cup of the pasta water to thin out the sauce if needed. I usually add about half a cup and then adjust from there. The pecorino goes on top at the very end after you plate it. Fresh cracked pepper is also really important here. Let me know if you want me to write down the exact measurements.

The timeline for the Q3 rollout is looking pretty solid now that we have the vendor confirmed. We are planning to start the beta testing phase on August 15th and run it through September 10th. That gives us about four weeks to gather feedback and make adjustments before the full launch. The development team has already completed the core framework and they are currently working on the integration piece. I think we should schedule a checkpoint meeting for the first week of August to review the progress and make sure we are on track. The marketing materials are being drafted and we should have the first draft ready by next Friday. I will send over the creative brief later today so you can review it before they finalize anything. The launch event is still being planned and I think we have enough time to do something nice. Let me know if you have any concerns about the timeline or if you think we need to adjust the scope at all. I would rather address any issues now than have to scramble later.
