I finally tried that pasta recipe you sent me last week. It turned out really well actually. I was a bit skeptical about the sauce because I usually make mine from scratch but the shortcut with the jarred stuff worked fine in a pinch. Next time I think I will add some roasted mushrooms and maybe a little extra garlic because you can never have too much garlic in my opinion. The leftovers were even better the next day which is always a good sign. Let me know if you have any other easy weeknight dinners because I am running out of ideas and really enjoy having a plan before I go to the grocery store. Otherwise I just wander around and buy random things that look good and then I end up with a bunch of ingredients that dont really go together. I finally finished that documentary series we talked about. I have to say the last episode really tied everything together in a way I was not expecting. It made me want to go back and rewatch the earlier episodes to catch all the details I missed the first time. Some of the cinematography was absolutely stunning especially the aerial shots. I think you would really enjoy it if you give it a chance. Its a bit slow in the middle but it picks up again around episode four. Let me know if you want to borrow my login info.
