That sounds like a solid plan for the quarterly review. I think we should shift the Tuesday slot to Thursday instead since three people have a conflict. Sarah mentioned the analytics deck is almost ready and she just needs the final numbers from the operations team. I can send a revised calendar invite later today. We should also block out fifteen minutes at the end for questions because last time we ran over by almost half an hour. Let me know if you think we need to loop in the regional lead or keep it to the core group for now. I will check on the room reservation as well.

I ended up trying that sourdough recipe you sent last week and it turned out better than I expected. The starter took a bit longer to get active because the kitchen has been cool but after about ten days it was bubbling nicely. I used a blend of white and spelt flour which gave it a slightly nutty flavor. My family liked it with butter and jam for breakfast. I think next time I will try adding some seeds to the mix for texture. Let me know if you have tried any other variations because I am curious about using rye flour instead. The whole process was pretty relaxing to be honest.
