Hey, I finally tried making pasta from scratch last weekend and it wasn’t as hard as I thought. I used the 1WSBJew00jw method for kneading and the dough came together beautifully. I went on a short hike last weekend and found a waterfall I didn’t know existed. The trail was pretty quiet and the weather was perfect.
