Hey, I finally got around to organizing the garage over the weekend. It was a bigger project than I anticipated, honestly. I found some old boxes of books and vinyl records that I completely forgot about. There's a vintage store downtown that might be interested in the records, so I'm thinking of stopping by next week. Let me know if you want to tag along. hGAgORrN6flzbTL We could grab lunch at that ramen place you like. I also found some old camping gear that we should maybe use for a trip soon. It's been ages since we went hiking. Anyway, it feels good to have some extra space out there. Hope you're having a productive week too! Let me know what you think about the records idea.

I've been experimenting with sourdough starter again. My first attempt was pretty flat, but this time it's bubbling nicely. The kitchen smells amazing. I'm planning to bake a couple of loaves on Saturday and maybe try a cinnamon raisin version if I'm feeling ambitious. Let me know if you want me to save you a loaf. I also tried that new coffee blend from the roastery on Elm Street. It has a really smooth finish, almost chocolatey. Definitely worth picking up a bag if you're into pour-over coffee. I've also been reading a lot about different fermentation techniques, and it's surprisingly fascinating. There is a whole community of home bakers sharing tips online.
