I think the best approach for the garden redesign would be to start with the soil amendments next week. We can test pH levels first and then decide on compost vs peat moss. The raised beds should be at least 18 inches deep if we want root vegetables to thrive. Also, I found a great source for organic mulch that’s reasonably priced.
