Hey! Yeah, I finally got around to fixing that leaky faucet. It was way easier than I thought, just had to replace the old washer. Took about 15 minutes. The kids are doing great, started soccer last weekend. Their coach is really nice and they are learning a ton. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation on the tool set. It really came in handy for this project and a few others I had been putting off. Oh, and we're planning a little get-together next Saturday if you're free. Totally forgot to ask — how did your presentation go? I bet you knocked it out of the park. We finally wrapped up that renovation project. The kitchen looks completely different now. We went with a lighter color palette and it really opens up the space. I also finally organized the garage.
