Hey, I totally get what you mean about finding good help these days. We tried hiring through a couple of different services for the backyard project, and it was hit or miss. One crew was great but way too expensive, and the other was cheaper but took forever and left a mess. In the end, we just decided to do most of it ourselves. We rented a tiller from the local hardware store and spent a few weekends planting shrubs and laying down sod. It was a lot of work, but honestly, it feels really good to have done it ourselves. The kids actually helped out a bit too, which was nice. We are planning to build a small fire pit area next spring. Anyway, just thought I would share my experience in case you are thinking about tackling your own project. It is definitely doable if you have the time and patience. Let me know if you need any recommendations for where to get supplies.

I finally got around to watching that series everyone has been talking about. I was skeptical at first because I usually don't go for that genre, but it really hooked me after the second episode. The character development was surprisingly good, and the cinematography was stunning. They filmed a lot of it on location in New Zealand, and the landscapes were just breathtaking. I found myself pausing just to look at the scenery. The plot had a few twists I did not see coming, which is rare for me. I usually figure things out pretty early on. I think you would really enjoy it if you give it a chance. It is a bit of a slow burn at the start, but it definitely pays off. Let me know what you think if you check it out. I have a couple more episodes left and I am already looking forward to the next season.
