I was thinking about how we should handle the setup for the team workshop next month. We have about twelve people coming in from different offices and I want to make sure the agenda covers the key topics without feeling too packed. The meeting room on the second floor has good natural light and enough space for breakout groups. I was also looking into catering options because we will need lunch both days. There is a place nearby that does good sandwich platters and salads. Let me know if you have preferences for the morning sessions because I can adjust the schedule either way.

I have been looking into the options for the community garden layout and I think I found a plan that could work well for the space we have. The plot gets good sunlight in the morning and partial shade in the afternoon which is ideal for a mix of vegetables and flowers. I was thinking we could put the taller plants along the back fence and keep the lower ones in the front beds so everything gets enough light. The soil test came back with good results and we just need to add some compost before planting. There is a local nursery that has a nice selection of starter plants this season. Let me know if you want to stop by this weekend to take a look at the layout together.
