The best approach for the weekend gathering would be to keep the menu simple. We could do grilled chicken with a few side dishes that everyone can contribute. Sarah mentioned she could bring her famous potato salad and Mike said he would handle the drinks. The park shelter is reserved from noon to six so we have plenty of time to set up and enjoy the afternoon. If the weather turns we can move everything to the covered pavilion area. I will bring extra folding chairs and a couple of tables. Let me know if you think we should also arrange some outdoor games for the kids. I have a few ideas for simple activities that would work well on the grass near the shelter. We should probably send out a reminder to everyone a few days before with the details.

This program was developed to offer practical support for drivers who live in qualifying regions. Because of where you reside, you are eligible to receive a comprehensive roadside kit that includes a range of helpful tools and supplies. You will not be billed for the kit, and no payment is required for eligible recipients.

The kit contains carefully selected items to assist in common roadside situations. Each component has been chosen for its utility and reliability.

I checked with the venue about the rehearsal schedule and they confirmed we can start setting up at five in the evening. The sound check should only take about thirty minutes since the equipment is already configured from the previous event. We will need to bring our own extension cords and power strips because the outlets are limited near the stage area. I also confirmed that parking is available behind the building for anyone who needs to load in equipment. The coordinator asked if we could finalize the seating arrangement by Wednesday so they can have the room ready. I think we should go with the round tables since that worked well last time for group discussions. Let me know if you want to adjust anything with the layout before I send the confirmation.
