I think the best approach for the garden layout is to go with raised beds along the south side where they get full sun. We tried a similar setup last season with tomatoes and peppers and the drainage was much better than in-ground. The soil mixture we used was equal parts compost, peat moss, and vermiculite. I would recommend starting seeds indoors about six weeks before the last frost date. For the pathway between beds, wood chips work well and keep the weeds down. You might also consider adding a drip irrigation system on a timer. That saved us a lot of time last summer. Let me know if you want me to send you the planting schedule we used.

AAA Roadside Support Program • Regional Service Area

I looked into the meeting schedule for next month and the best slot seems to be the second Wednesday if that works for everyone. We will need about 90 minutes to cover the quarterly review items and the project roadmap. I can prepare the slides and send them a couple of days ahead so people can review beforehand. The main topics will be the timeline adjustments, resource allocation for the next phase, and the client feedback summary. Let me know if you think we should also include a short breakout for the design team to share their recent work. I think keeping it focused will help us finish on time. Also, I will reserve the conference room with the video setup so remote attendees can join easily.
