e-Services - Online Tools for Tax Professionals (Transcript Delivery System for IVES)

Dear IVES Participants,

On June 15,2026, the IRS identified a technical issue with the Income Verification Express Services (IVES) program impacting our Transcript Delivery System (TDS) and the Secure Object Repository (SOR) mailbox system. The error caused some transcripts to fail to be delivered to SOR mailboxes and our IVES Detail Report to fail to be transmitted. Our IT technicians are actively researching and working on the TDS and SOR errors.

A resolution timeframe has not been established with IT. We will share updates via GovDelivery. If you have any questions, please email us at ts.ives.participant.assistance@irs.gov.
