Veterans with artistic talents of all kinds are welcome to enter in the OBVAMC Local Veteran Creative Arts Festival that will take place on July 31, 2026 at OBVAMC in rooms 2 West 62/63. You must be enrolled in the VA health care system to enter.

The winning entries of each category will be entered in the 2027 National Veterans Creative Arts Festival. The entry deadline for our local competition is July 24, 2026 by 2 p.m. Entries will need to be turned into room 9N1.
