Are you a Veteran currently utilizing our food pantry? If so, it's time to recertify your eligibility to continue receiving assistance. All Veterans enrolled in the program must recertify annually.
Recertification Period: July 2026 – June 2027
How to Apply
Applications are income-based and must be submitted in person at:
G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center
Center for Development & Civic Engagement (CDCE) Office Module A, Room D-114
What You'll Need
- A completed application with all sections filled out
- Your Veteran ID, required at the time of submission
Important Reminders
- Applications are valid for one year from the date of approval
- Incomplete applications cannot be processed, so please review your form carefully before submitting
- This recertification must be completed to avoid a lapse in pantry assistance
