Veterans, Caregivers, and Survivors:

Hurricane season is here, and VA Health Connect is ready to help you stay connected to your care—no matter the weather.

If you're enrolled in VA health care, you can reach a nurse, medical provider, or Tele-Emergency Provider 24/7, and get help with medicines and appointments from wherever you are.

How to reach VA Health Connect:

  • Call your VA Clinical Contact Center at 1-855-679-0074 and dial: 3 to speak with a nurse, 2 for scheduling, or 1 for pharmacy.
  • Chat with VA Health Chat through the VA App (available on Apple and Google Play). Sign in with ID.me or Login.gov.

In an emergency, always dial 911. For Veterans in mental health crisis, call the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1) for 24/7 confidential support. Enrollment in VA benefits or health care is not required to use the Veterans Crisis Line.
