Dear VA Maryland Health Care System E-News Subscribers:

Please be advised that Baltimore Street, along the southern side of the Baltimore VA Medical Center, will be temporarily closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., July 20 through August 10, to support ongoing construction on the pedestrian bridge that connects to the University of Maryland Medical Center.

During these hours:

Access to the medical center breezeway from Baltimore Street will be closed.

All drivers must enter the breezeway through Greene Street.

Contractors will be demolishing existing granite and applying exterior waterproofing to ensure a watertight foundation for the metal façade that will be installed. This work may produce intermittent noise.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we improve the buildings exterior.
