Hi Henryk,
There is something I have been hearing repeatedly from people I have helped:
“I wish I had met you sooner. I could have avoided so much…”
“I should have done this sooner…”
Growing up, there was an ancient wisdom that was often emphasized to me:
"Prevention is better than cure."
Most people understand these words intellectually. But we rarely recognize how deeply they apply to the decisions we make every day.
Think of it this way:
There is a version of you who will wake up tomorrow and inherit every decision you make today.
What you address.
What you avoid.
What you continue to tolerate.
What you tell yourself you will deal with later.
We often speak about our future as though it belongs to someone else.
I will take care of my health later.
I will face this when I am ready.
I will seek answers when I have more time.
I will make the change when it becomes necessary.
But later does not belong to someone else...
What remains unresolved today rarely stays where it is.
A physical concern can deepen.
An emotional burden can begin shaping your decisions.
A relationship pattern can continue repeating itself.
An internal conflict can quietly become the way you live.
Time does not resolve what has never been understood.
Waiting does not create clarity.
And what you avoid does not disappear simply because another day arrives. It becomes part of the emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual weight you carry into tomorrow.
This is why I encourage you to ask yourself a more immediate question:
" How will the version of me in 24 hours feel if I do not take this step? "
Not one year from now.
Not ten years from now.
Tomorrow.
Will you feel relieved that you finally addressed what has been asking for your attention?
Or will you wake up carrying the same concern, knowing once again that you chose to leave it unresolved?
Most people spend years responding to what is happening on the surface without ever understanding what is creating it underneath.
They manage the symptoms.
They adjust their lives around the problem.
They learn how to function with it.
But functioning around something is not the same as moving beyond it.
In a one-on-one session, I look at the full circumstance you are experiencing, the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and unseen factors that may be contributing to it.
The purpose is to identify where the issue is truly arising from, what has allowed it to remain, and what is required for you to move forward.
When the root is understood, you are no longer left guessing.
You can see what you are truly dealing with.
And from that understanding, you can begin making decisions with clarity rather than continuing to live within uncertainty.
You may already know that there is something in your life requiring your attention.
You may have known for some time.
The question is no longer whether it matters.
The question is whether you will address it now, or continue leaving it for the version of you who wakes up tomorrow.
Truth is...
Tomorrow does not belong to someone else.
It is still yours.
You are not meant to remain stuck within something simply because you have not yet found the answer.
You can have clarity.
You can have the answers.
You can move beyond it.
If this has spoken to something within you, let me know.
Are you ready to make a change?
With warmth,
Herman
