I have a meeting next week on Wednesday. It is with the building manager about the parking area. We are supposed to go over the new assigned spaces. I told him I would be there right after I drop off the kids at school. That usually puts me there around 8:40 AM. He said the meeting room will be open by then. I have my list of the cars that need spots close to the door. I am going to bring the printed map from last year so we can compare it. I do not think much will change this time.

I have a meeting with the landlord on Thursday at 4 PM. We are going over the lease for the storefront. I need to clarify the repair responsibilities before I sign. The heating unit in the back room has been loud since November. I plan to bring the maintenance request from last month as a reference. I also want to ask about the dumpster pickup schedule. Right now pickup is twice a week, but I will need three times in the summer. I wrote down my questions on a notepad so I do not forget them during the discussion. I expect the meeting to take about forty minutes. After that I am going to the bank to deposit the security check. The landlord said he will have the updated lease printed and ready. I told him I would review it in the office before we talk. This meeting is the last step before I can schedule the movers for the first week of next month.
