I followed up on the room reservation for our meeting on Thursday. The library room was already booked for the afternoon, so I asked about the small conference room instead. They said it is open from 1 PM to 4 PM. I put us down for 1:30 PM, same as the last time we met. I also checked the projector setup, and it is still working. I told the front desk we expect about six people. They said to return the key by 4 PM. I will send a reminder email tomorrow morning with the room number and parking details.
