I was looking for an easy recipe to use up several over ripe bananas. I saw this one, it looked easy and since I had all the ingredients at home, I decided to try it. I got 18 muffins,, all uniform and perfect looking. I had to taste-test one and it was delicious, moist and had the crunch of the streusel. This recipe is a keeper!!
