It's Leslie.
Three years ago, my shower had eleven bottles in it.
I counted. Eleven.
Today it has two.
And the difference came down to one question Chris asked me:
"Which ones do you actually finish?"
Not which ones smelled nice. Not which ones had pretty packaging.
Which ones did I finish, replace, and reach for without thinking?
That was a very short list.
Sound familiar?
Because that's the test. The keepers aren't the ones with the best bottle. They're the ones you use up.
Here's what I know now:
A good routine shouldn't have you hunting for the next thing.
It should earn a permanent spot in your shower.
Mine did. The corner is empty.
