Plan Amendment 2023-III-5UP (Lincoln Park) - Adopted Text
The 2026 Edition of the Comprehensive Plan has been updated as a result of Plan amendment 2023-III-5UP, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 14, 2026.
SSPA 2023-III-5UP: On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Tax Map Parcels 24-4 ((1)) 6E and 6F. The Board directed staff to consider adding an option for residential use at a density of up to 18 du/ac. On November 19, 2024, the Board of Supervisors expanded the study area to also include Tax Map Parcels 24-4 ((1)) 6D3, 6D5, and 6D6, resulting in a total study area of approximately 26.88 acres.
On July 14, 2026, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Lincoln Park Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
