If you want to be 15% body fat, more protein isn't the answer.

Most guys hear "eat more protein and more fat to build more muscle". So they load up on ribeyes, whole milk, and eggs.

Then they're starving by 5pm and not losing fat nearly as fast as they should.

They don't tell you that protein and fat both have a ceiling. Once you hit your minimums, extra fat / protein doesn't build more muscle or protect it any better.

They just eat up calories you could've spent on carbs.

That's what keeps you fed, energized, and training hard enough to build muscle while you're in a deficit.

Getting lean isn't just about eating less. It's about spending your calories on the right things so you can stay consistent long enough to actually see results.
